Terms For Digital Advertising Placements

Claim the Top Floor provides digital advertising and promotional placements inside an interactive 3D virtual environment. Customers may submit a domain, brand name, category, promotional copy, and other supported content for display after successful payment and platform verification.

Purchasing or claiming a floor gives the customer limited promotional/display rights only. It does not create ownership of physical property, real estate, land, buildings, securities, shares, financial assets, platform intellectual property, or any investment product.

Each placement is active for the duration, package, bid period, or campaign period shown before checkout. Activation begins after payment is confirmed and the submitted content is accepted by the platform, unless a different start time is shown in the order summary.

Prices, bids, taxes, fees, currency, and the final payable amount are shown before payment confirmation. Bids, where enabled, determine price or priority for a digital advertising placement only. There is no random winner, cash prize, resale promise, or financial return.

Payments may be processed through Dodo Payments or another supported payment provider. Dodo Payments may act as merchant of record or authorized reseller where applicable, depending on the checkout configuration. A transaction becomes final when payment is successfully verified by the platform or payment provider. We do not require customers to share raw card details with our own server when hosted or inline checkout flows are used.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and rights related to content they submit. Prohibited content includes unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, hateful, adult, fraudulent, regulated, or harmful advertising, and any content restricted by applicable law, card network rules, Dodo Payments requirements, or other payment provider policies.

We may review, reject, suspend, remove, or request changes to any placement that violates these Terms, applicable law, Dodo Payments requirements, payment provider requirements, or platform policies. Removal for policy violations may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once a digital advertising placement has been activated and displayed, the service is considered to have commenced and may become non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was not delivered due to a verified platform error.

Customers retain rights they already hold in their submitted brand assets and content. By submitting content, customers grant us permission to display it as necessary to provide the purchased placement. The platform, 3D environment, design, software, and related intellectual property remain owned by their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided without any promise of specific traffic, leads, revenue, ranking, profit, or commercial outcome. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected placement unless applicable law requires otherwise.
